Privacy Policy

Our games do not collect any personal data about you or your child. This policy explains what that means and what rights you have.

Who we are

Ekluro AB, company registration number 559605-2307, develops and publishes the games. We are the data controller for the games under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Postal address: Skrittvägen 15, 254 83 Helsingborg, Sweden Email: support@ekluro.com

This policy applies to all games published by Ekluro AB on the App Store.

What data the games collect

None. The games do not collect, store or share any personal data.

You do not need an account or a login to play.
The games contain no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
Game progress and settings are stored only locally on your device and are never sent to us. Deleting the game also deletes this data.
We do not sell or share any data with third parties, because we do not have any.

Apple and the App Store

Downloads and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and aggregated statistics, such as the number of downloads. This data cannot be linked to you, and we use it only to fix bugs. You can turn sharing off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Some of our games are made for children, including children under 13. The following therefore applies to all our games:

We do not collect any personal data from children.
The games contain no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
In-app purchases and links that lead out of the game are protected by a parental gate.
Children cannot share information with other players through the games.

As a parent, you can also restrict purchases and content using Screen Time on the device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing. Since we do not collect any personal data, we normally have nothing to disclose, but you are always welcome to ask us.

If you believe we are processing personal data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes and contact

If the games change in a way that affects how data is handled, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and state the new date here.

This policy is effective from 2026-10-05.
